Damn straight man. The worst thing I experience is when some friend comes up to me when im doing chin-ups (for example) and starts talking about his girlfriend or whatever. Quite frankly when im in the Gym i don't give a sh*t. Outside the gym im a nice guy but in the gym I get my game face on.
It's all about focusing on your goals and the time you have to do them in. Time is extremely important. Many of my friends who joined me in the college gym would go in there to pump iron and flex the ego muscles for the ladies. After 2 years they gained calluses and not much else. Like V said, training is down to the time you spend WORKING! out. Not sitting on the bench resting for miutes on end looking at all the 'eye candy'.
Anyways, really nice progress Vurtne. Maybe next time we can see some back and legs?
Keep working on them poses .

But it's like comparing an UI ingame that has addons and one that doesn't. I never wrote the usage gives either better or worse definition, but I still think it's important to point out the fact that training "legit" is an option for those who either have interest in casual training or more serious fitness. Most people think it is impossible to reach a decent mass without eating powders. Complications like these are probably the biggest reason why most people gives up their training.
And despite what anyone say daily form will decrease faster as you quit or take a break; Faster than if you'd train more "legit". I think it's important not to feel locked up and being forced to exercise just to not shrink like a balloon. |

| Personally I love my whey, mainly because it saves me quite a lot of money... since buying food rich in protein isn't exactly that cheap considering how much I eat. Otherwise I would without any doubt simply just eat more tuna, chicken or w/e as inbetween breakfast-lunch-dinner meals.
I'm not saying one is better than the other, but I do preffer natural things when I can afford them. And I really haven't noticed any difference in my body or my progress besides that some whey protein brands are hard on my stomach, but it's all about finding the right one.
And about you losing more mass when taking a break if you have used unnatural stuff... I think it's more about the fact that people who do it the natural way tend to eat that way even when they are on a break. But imagine if your main source of protein while training is protein powder, of course you are gona lose mass faster if when you take a brake also take a brake from the protein powder, like most do. |

Some people invest in cars, others in clothing. I like to invest in myself. |
It's the time to invest myself now. PS:I saw an ugly man kissing a nice girl in the street. The girl don't really want to be kissed, don't doubt it,trust me!At that time,I feel disappointed because I was too small size to beat that man!Now I want to be stronger!I'll protect all beautiful girls around me! |

It's not all about the training, food is very important. If you're bulking, hamburgers would be a good choice if your calorie intake for the day has been low. |

Pretty broad statement since it depends on the size of the pizza; I guess you mean per slice though. |
